Today’s tour starts with guest pick-up at the hotel after breakfast, approximately at 9:00 AM. We’ll visit several tourist attractions before heading to Pink Beach. Our journey begins at Tanjung Luar Harbor, East Lombok, where we’ll take a wooden boat.
Our first destination is Pasir Island, a unique island that only appears during low tide and disappears when the tide rises. Next, we’ll head to Gili Petelu, where locals refer to it as a fantastic snorkeling spot due to its vibrant coral reefs and abundant marine life.
From there, we’ll continue to Pink Beach, a relatively new tourist destination. Visitors can enjoy snorkeling here as well. However, since this area lacks restaurants, hotels, or other accommodations (only local food stalls are available), we advise guests to bring their own meals.
Finally, we’ll visit Tanjung Ringgit. Here, we’ll rent motorbikes (ojek) to explore the area. Highlights include historical Japanese relics such as cannons and tunnels built during Japan’s occupation.
The journey from Mataram to Tanjung Luar Harbor by private car takes approximately 2.5 hours. From Tanjung Luar to Pink Beach by boat, the trip takes around 45 minutes. Afterward, we’ll return to Mataram and head to a local restaurant to enjoy a Lombok specialty meal (Ayam Taliwang). Once dinner is over, we’ll drop guests back at their hotels.
